Functional Nutrition is a comprehensive evaluation of a particular individual to provide the best and most complete program to improve and achieve health, happiness, and wellness through diet and lifestyle guidance using a “Holistic” approach to YOUR entire life.
We will visit your goals and expectations to overcome illness, fatigue, a dull and nonproductive life due to many internal or external factors, such as allergies, sensitivities, autoimmune diseases, cancer, medications, depression and more.
Functional nutrition incorporates ”live foods” which are foods that are consumed fresh, raw and/or in a condition as close as possible to their original, vibrant, living state.
I have done intensive research over my 20 years of experience in the utilization of amino acids and other natural supplements and vitamins that help to restore balance to the body.
Cooking courses at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City in vegetarian and vegan cuisine and in gluten and gluten free baking taught me traditional ways and the newest modalities in cuisine to better understand food quality and control.
In my program, you will find all the necessary tools, gain knowledge, and receive guidance to start and continue your journey to a healthy and a fulfilling life.
I observe your life through an open window beginning with basic information like your blood test results, daily routines, sleep patterns, stressors, medications, current conditions and mental health. I also hope to discuss the personal challenges in your social life that may be setting you back.
We will gradually start to detox your life and body, then rebuild and restore health and wellbeing. Last but not least, we will learn and be prepared to sustain your long-term health and wellbeing and to avoid vicious cycles and feeling lost, weak, and unhealthy.
